Parents like that this turns grammar drilling into an engaging ongoing story: kids edit a few sentences a day within a real narrative instead of isolated worksheet sentences, and lessons take just 10-15 minutes. As a standalone it's editing and grammar only, often paired with IEW's writing program, and the sequential levels mean you can't skip around if a level doesn't fit.
Parents like how fast and simple this is: removing prepositional phrases first makes finding the subject and verb concrete rather than abstract, and daily lessons take about 10 minutes with no lesson planning. It's a plain text-based workbook with no stories or color, so it's less engaging for visual learners, and it's grammar only with no writing or composition component.
