Parents like that auto-grading frees up their time and the game-like interactivity engages kids who resist traditional workbooks, with the flexibility to adjust a child's grade level per subject at any time. Pacing is reported as too slow for some upper-elementary kids, it's entirely online (screen-heavy), and the price covers every subject rather than being a standalone language arts purchase.
Parents like the high-quality real-book selections and the natural, gentle approach to grammar through copywork, dictation and discussion rather than isolated drills. It's a real investment of daily reading and discussion time, formal grammar instruction is lighter-touch than a dedicated grammar program, and the price is on the higher end.
